Another thing I think I've figured out with these symbols is the star. I'm pretty sure it means "useful". As in you found this post useful.
It seems like the star is used in the Q&A section and possibly for the resources articles. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Heart is “love” and “thumbs up” means everything is good
