Thank you for answers,when my dad finished treatments I can ask a dr to change thalidomid

You can read the side effects. It is a very dangerous drug for pregnant women. It does have some serious side effects. It does work well on Myeloma. Revlimid and Pomalyst are newer versions of this drug

My dad use thalodomid,dr gave that to him,is it dangerous,is he die because of thalidomid?

I had a friend who was a Viet Nam Veteran that got Multiple Myeloma and the VA treated him with Thalidomide. My friend passed away after about 2 years in remission. I remember thalidomide from the 1960's when it was found the that pregnant women in Germany that were given thalidomide had deformed children.
