A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

Recent research is saying seniors do just as well without dexa in treating mm. Anyone know more about this?

I take 20 mg of Dex with my Ninlaro for three weeks. Then on my off week I take 10 mg of Dex. When I take the Dex, I use oil laced with pot and a Benadryl pill to help me sleep. Doing that I can sleep for about 5-6 hrs that night.
