Greetings from Alaska I had too have suffered greatly with pain but once I got my SCT and got off of the morphine, I started acupuncture. Once a week I go to acupuncture as well as I use over-the-counter creams. I use asper cream in the evening when I get ready to lay down for bed. I also found a cream at, Walmart Magnilife DB pain relieving foot cream I even use it on my fingers when they act up. God bless you and I hope you find some relief soon.

Thanks Darrell, very good information. I'm debating about whether or not to stop Pomalyst and continue Darzalex only. Being MRD negative would be nice. My doctors don't want to change things now 😏

can’t my biggest problem is standing in on spot like washing dishes and sometimes just brushing my teeth. My lower back starts hurting so bad I feel like I will drop. So I must sit and within 5 minutes the pain is gone

It’s good to hear that you’ve done well with it for so long. I expect that you’ve built up a tolerance to it.

They started me at 15mg 2x daily. After that first dose, I can only imagine that I had withdrawal symptoms since there was so little in my body.

Online it says withdrawal can be from days to weeks after long term use. You say it’s not addictive but I think it would be hard if you ever had to stop using it.

At 60mg daily you have a nice reserve but I expect in a few days without it your body will have an issue. Just my guess but - Wow, yesterday was difficult. I don’t ever want a repeat of that again.

When it comes to pain meds, the extended release is much better then instant. And yes you will get dependent, but you will have less mood swings. Good luck .
