Try Tiger Balm you can get it at grocery store it takes away the pain but not the numbness, but it makes it more bearable.

Hi. I got neuropathy in my legs and feet after taking velcade. I was switched to kyprolis which does not cause neuropathy. The neuropathy was causing pain and I was put on Gabapentin. It really made a difference. I still have numbness in my feet but the pain and needle like pain in my legs and feet is much better. I am on 1800 MG at this time. The only problem is that it does cause sleepiness. I am getting use to the higher dose. Blessings to you.

I just want to add... My husband's nueropothy is/was very bad. It was me that didn't want him on gabapentin. They had given him that seven years ago. Being new at Myeloma, and the reaction he had to it; I told the NP that I felt he had already left me. It was really bad. Years later he went to an acupuncturist (Dan) for pain in his shoulder that no one seemed able to relieve. Amazingly, in a few hours after seeing Dan, my husband's shoulder was so much better. The next time my husband saw him he asked if there was anything that Dan could do for his feet. AMAZING the relief he gets. Of course that does not last forever. My husband sees him every two weeks. And they work on the most painful areas. I'm not sure I could do the acupuncture, but my husband says that if I was in that much pain, I would be able to. I am just thankful the we have found something that can help.

I use a magnesium oil spray on my feet and legs before I go to bed. It calms my feet and legs so they can relax.
