My white and red blood levels change ever time I get bloodwork done And my platelets are all over the place The lowest they have been is fifty I thought they would give me platelets but they said not until they drop to twenty I do get Fatigue a lot when my blood work is low and I just feel like all I want to do is sleep. I had blood work last week my white blood cells are low My red blood cells were normal for the first time since I started chemo But my platelets are down All I want to do right now Is sleep I am glad I watch my grandson because I have to make my Myself stay up But I take naps with him .Take care

I was low in platelets after my SCT and had FOUR bags of donated platelets. (Four days in a row) No side effects except with the first bag - just got a little shaky (Rigors) that lasted about 20 minutes. All the rest were fine.

I had a couple of platelet transfusions during my SCT. I did not have any reaction. I remain low in platelets due to Kyprolis and Revlimid.

I had drop in platelets to 50 after first darzalex along with major fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite. Waited 2 weeks and got second darzalex after blood builder shot. Platelets etc improved. We will see what happens with blood counts.

I have not been given darzalex yet, that's on the radar if my numbers start to go up again. I had 2 platelet transfusions (as others have stated as part of my recovery from the SCT). They are very cold and infused quickly and so I had some chills from them. What kind of reaction did you have?
