Kaiser is now only offering the generic form of revlimid.. The diarrhea just being on revl is way too much to handle sometimes. Kaiser is saying the generic form is the same, the side effects are the same, how do I know that. Plus , I Have been very lucky not to have paid very much for Revlimid, But the generic form I have to pay $50 for.. Does not make any sense.. I would rather stay on revlimid not the generic form
Thank you for that information.. I've talked to the manager of specialty pharmacy geyser, This month it is revlimid, next month I believe it's generic.. I couldn't keep up on all the information she was giving me but now I have to pay for the revlimid $100 a month, generic 50 a month. Something about laws had changed some time ago.. In California we get no help to cover our expenses for these drugs..
We have no choice, we are being provided with the generic. We have seen no difference except in the packaging

I have been on Revlimid since June 2020. Fortunately I have not had any side effects. I get mine thru McKesson (BMS pays for it) in Texas and it is the brand name.
