I did try the epidural first. It didn't give me much relief. I had more numbness in my fingers and that did let up a little bit. It was definitely better after the fusion.

How is your range of motion?

I've had 2 levels of C-spine fused (C5-6, C6-7). Each of them offered WONDERFUL relief immediately after surgery. I tried epidurals, PT, and every other "conservative" treatment I could think of before. Minimal to no relief from any of them. It has been 17 years since my last C-spine fusion and I couldn't be happier. Good luck in your search for answers...🍀🙏🍀
