Doing well but bad hand cramps that come and go. Not sure which med (Velcade, dara, lenalidomide or dex) causes them. Anyone else have them and have you found any relief?
Have you tried Theraworks spray from Amazon? It does help a little 💗
What has finally worked for me is wrapping a stretchy rubber workout band tightly around the hand so it can not contort. I leave it on for ten minutes or so till the cramps have passed.
I read that frankencinse essential oil was good for nueropathy pain. My order arrived today. I’ll let you know if I get any relief from it.
Try the Calcium with K and Magnesium Citrate. Take 2x Calcium+K to 1x Mag. On the forum, I was advised 1200mg Cal to 600mg Mag. This helped my very bad foot cramps. Know that Mag Citrate is a laxative. There are 10 types of Mag - some less of a laxative
Drink water or other drinks with electrolytes. You can get at Walmart Great Value vitamin enhanced drink mix. Just make sure it says Electrolyte on the box. (downside: it does have artificial sweetener in it). If I drink that throughout the day, I don't have cramps. Otherwise I have cramps in my hands and/or lower legs.
