Can Anyone Share Any Techniques That They Feel Help Them To Stay In A Longer Remission.
I feel that the most effective way is to stay as positive as possible. Don't let fatigue get you down and try to stay as active as possible. I don't exercise as much as I should but I try to play golf twice a week 18 holes each time. I try to keep track of how many steps I take daily. My goal is 5000 when I play golf I usually get around 7000 to 8000 steps and the other days I aim for the 5000. I will admit that I don't always get my 5000 steps but I am aware that I need to work at getting the 5000.
My bludging disk is my biggest problem with walking. I was really having an issue due to muscle tightness but I just had shots and I am now able to walk a mile and a half with little discomfort. But that's not 5000 steps. So I need to work on this issue so I can get to 2 miles. That's closer to the 5000 goal.
Just stay as positive and active as possible π. Amen and Amen π Jack
Prayer, eat healthy get plenty of sleep and follow doctors orders.
I take the maintenance meds my doctor recommends. I also try to limit sugar and processed foods. I walk almost every day and drink lots of waterπ
Thanks for sharing. Jack
