I am going on medicare in December and I have been paying $10.00 for my Revlimid because I have medical coverage through my employer . On Medicare its$1700 per month( give or take). I do not qualify for assistance with Healthwell . I make just over the amount for assistance . With part D ,I have to spend over $6000 in order to exit the medical , then I was told it will be $894 per month. Does anyone know how to get a lower cost?or how to navigate a better plan with medicare?
Cynthia Carmen Gonzalez, First, I would contact Celgene - they make Revlimid. Often they will lower your co pay. Then contact LLS - Leukemia,Lymphoma Society - you can apply for an annual grant of 11,000, good toward Insurance premiums, co pay visits and Myeloma medication co pays. You can also contact your hospital, social service or financial service department and ask for financial aid services in your state. There are other organizations that also give grants. Your Pharmacy maybe able to connect you with help also. Love, Marcia πΌπΈπ»
Yes, that is true . I just applied for 2023.
I was just on the phone with the Bristol-Myers Squibb deductible plan folks and I was informed that this is an annual renewing program. It should continue.
Thank you . Yes I am on the Bristol Myers program and I get it for free ! Hopefully that will continue . Its a great program
Our pharmacist at Walgreens connected us with an organization that got us a quote-unquote community card that helped cover the copay costs. We have now gotten a hold of Bristol-Myers squid and they also have a copay assistance program. I don't know if this is available to you on your medical insurance plan but you can check with it
