Revlimid Costs

Revlimid Costs

I am going on medicare in December and I have been paying $10.00 for my Revlimid because I have medical coverage through my employer . On Medicare its$1700 per month( give or take). I do not qualify for assistance with Healthwell . I make just over the amount for assistance . With part D ,I have to spend over $6000 in order to exit the medical , then I was told it will be $894 per month. Does anyone know how to get a lower cost?or how to navigate a better plan with medicare?

Cynthia Carmen Gonzalez, First, I would contact Celgene - they make Revlimid. Often they will lower your co pay. Then contact LLS - Leukemia,Lymphoma Society - you can apply for an annual grant of 11,000, good toward Insurance premiums, co pay visits and Myeloma medication co pays. You can also contact your hospital, social service or financial service department and ask for financial aid services in your state. There are other organizations that also give grants. Your Pharmacy maybe able to connect you with help also. Love, Marcia 🌼🌸🌻

Wow, that a lot to me. I'm on disability, I have Medicare. Was diagnosed in 2017. I've had chemotherapy. For this year my deductible is payed and my meds is covered. No pit of pocket. I just pay 35 per visit, depending on what's done. Like I go in for blood work and pay the 35 only when I see my doctor. I don't pay a monthly fee. At least for now. With the change in who controls Washington, I don't know. I'm very much worried about what the democrats are going to do to us.
