THERAWORX RELIEF Fast-Acting Foam for Leg & Foot Cramps and Muscle Soreness helps like 'Ben-Gay' for cramps. Edibles will also help for sleeping at night.

I have found changing my diet has really helped me with pain. No gluten, dairy. I take Calcium and Vit D. and Curcumin which helps with inflammation.
