Yes I do have shortness of breath. I am walking even normal, then I am out of breath. I am practicing my breathing as told by my pulmonary Dr.

It's frustrating for me but I keep going until I can relax 😌

Our bodies changed so much. I have had 2 back surgeries as well. Even after recovery I still experienced short breath.

Let's slow down when we need too and rest. If you feel you need to see a pulmonary specialist, please do. Consult your Dr. God bless you πŸ™πŸ½

AKKat after going this far it should be no problem and you probably speed up at the market because you want too get out as quickly as possible because there are some really ignorant people in the market. Thanks for the hug and I hope you are doing well.

Not that drastic right now Donna.
Not to be vulgar but I keep a 24 hour urine container on the ground floor during the day. It gets thoroughly washed out twice a day.
As far as the steps, I've been going up and down them like a toddler left leg first then bring the right to the same step.
I'm not pushing my right hip anymore than I can.
I did cut the grass this morning in tropical heat here in Maryland. I can't sit back and watch my wife do everything. I stopped, sat down and drank water alot towards the end.

Thanks Wendell.
I started back up on Revlimid a little over a month ago and it seems to coincide with that. I was on it most of last year leading up to SCT and it didn't effect me like this.
I'll bring it up at my next visit.
I hear you about the stairs. I'm in a townhouse and the bathrooms are in the basement and on the 3d floor. Short distance I'm ok but it doesn't feel good with my hip pains.

Yeah it doesn’t take much for me too be short of breath but plan too see what the oncologist says. I have moved my bed down stairs because the stairs are getting too be too difficult.
