I’ve had the same problems. I keep Imodium handy. I don’t take it much as I hate being plugged up worse. Metamucil in the morning helps and being a little careful when, what and how much I eat.

I had severe diarrhea from Revlimid! Just awful! My oncologist gave me a prescription which was Imodium with Atrophine. I can’t remember the prescription name right now but if you ask your doctor they will know.
It was amazing! Worked like a charm! I couldn’t have taken Revlimid much longer without it!

Hi Carol, I have that issue. On my 7 days off Revlimid Im so happy not spending alot of time in the restroom. I take imodium and that seems to help a little. One other member here suggested a prescription their oncologist prescribed but I cannot locate the information. I increase bananas, steamed rice, chicken to help when it gets bad.

Weirdly, I am the opposite. Revlimid binds me up and I need to take stool softeners and prunes.
