For short-term relief, take a spoon of yellow mustard.

For muscle cramps I take a spoon of yellow mustard and drink tonic water during the day.

How is his blood glucose - I am a diabetic in addition to being a MM patient - I have noticed that I am more likely to have leg cramps when my glucose levels are high

Rita, Is your husband drinking a lot of fluids. He needs to because dehydration can cause muscle cramps. He probably needs a muscle relaxer - have you talked with his doctor about it. I also get muscle crams. I take Baclofen (muscle relaxer) at bedtime and I use Theraworks (over the counter). It helps to put it on especially when he is having a cramp, it makes it loosen. Hope this helps! Love, Marcia 🌼🌸🌻
