I keep reading that we need to eat a whole food plant based diet. Leafy greens like spinach have calcium that help strengthen our bones. I don't tolerate calcium supplements, so I drink organic milk and eat Greek yogurt every day. I walk with a weight vest to strengthen my bones. I'm trying to use the Total gym to strengthen my arms. It's a battle for everyone our age. 💕
