My joints ache constantly. If I can do any light exercises, my joints ache less

I'm on Pomalyst and Darzalex, I do have joint pain. I usually get by with tylenol💕

Yes I have had 2 SCT. One in November 2009 and one in March 2010.

Mine are the actual long bones of my thighs and calf’s. They did place a rod in left calf. The joints seem okay. Ankle bones hurt though. Why do these hurt when blood numbers are good after SCT? You have SCT, Nelson?
