Donna, I am on 10 mg once a week for three weeks. The dose was cut in half quite a while ago. I am down to 5 mg revlimid as of 2 months ago which has made a big difference in the severity of the fatigue.

I had Daratumumab, alone, for 2 years with really good results for 18 mo. Then the cancer count plateaued. I didn't have many noticeable side effects. Just sleepy the next day, like someone else wrote. It was one of the most effective treatments I've had.
You can also get a 2nd opinion. So easy now with the internet & sending your records to a 2nd doctor. MM specialist recommended!
Good luck & God bless.

I have been on Darzalex, Revlimid and Dexamethasone since 2016. Went into remission in 2018. I do suffer from fatigue, some neuropathy in my feet but overall not a lot of side effects.

I get daramutub once a month with Dexamethasone and about day 4-5 I am a little fatigued and with the Dexamethasone I do not sleep well the first night after infusion. I have too have the infusion over three hours or I am sick for a week after.

I have been on Darzalex for four years - went into remission after two years.
This past week I was able to receive the 90 minute infusion for the first time instead of the 3 1/2 hour infusion. What a time saver!
