Hubby dx may 2019 was on velcade, thalidomide and DeX he is non secretory light kappa chain. He had 50% plasma cells went down to 30% his Aspirate was 19% went down to 9%. After 6 cycles. Now starting Cyclophosphamide ,revlimid and Rexasone..is this a good mix to get his numbers lower..we fm south Africa so not too many options.
