Had my pic line implanted on Friday, doing great - just soreness in my arm. Had it implanted in order to have Kyprolis administered. After two rounds of Velcade, Dex and Revlimid, my doctors are switching me to Kyprolis, Dex and Revlimid. Zometa remains at once a month. I had many side affects from the Velcade, including Neuropathy, brain fog, fatigue, constipation. Also the bone pain never let up throughout. My blood numbers did improve, my IGG went from 5500 down to 3750. Drs. say its… read more

I was on Kyprolis and Dex for a year. Glad you got a pic line because Kyprolis requires more frequent infusions. I had a port installed and still use it.
Kyprolis had fewer side effects than Velcade but I didn’t have Revlimidalong with it. Main side effects for me were shortness of breath and fatigue. Neuropathy didn’t go away but wasn’t as bad.
Kyprolis stopped working after a year. I’m now in a clinical trial with Darzalex, Dexamethasone, and Venetoclax. Been in remission for 16 months.

I was on kyprolis for a year with revlimid really didn’t have any side effects from either one. Little neuropathy in my toes and little fatigue but that’s about it. Went into remission after that and still am going strong. Hopefully works well for you too!

I was on Krypolis for awhile and did fine with it. I can’t think of any real problems I had. Hopefully it will be smooth sailing for you as well.:)

I was switched to Kyprolis in December. Did one cycle of Kyprolis and off for 14 days, 2nd cylcle on Jan 2nd. Monoclonals went from 113-30, M-spike 1-.8. Just praying the M-spike decreases even more.

Bythebayou, If you are on Krypolis be sure the doctor monitors your heart. It can affect the pumping mechanism of the heart (ejection factor) Report all symptoms! Love, Marcia 🌸
