How Do These Numbers Look?
A MyMyelomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

These are my latest numbers August 1, 2019. According to ESP I have Hypergammaglobulinemia. My Light Chains Kappa FLC .69MG/DL Lambda FLC .54MG/DL Kappa/Lambda FLC 1.28. Immunoglobulins: IgG 581 MG/DL IgA 36MG/DL IgM 66MG/DL WBC 5.2 RBC 4.49 Neutrophils 55. Doctor seems fine with them and says I am doing well as both SMM and Amyloidosis has been halted. I am on Daratumumab +Dexamethasone 1x Month.

John, your numbers are not bad. More Important, how are you feeling? Normal Range (I call my Greeks). Kappa is (0.33 - 1.94), Lambda (0.57 - 2.63), Ratio (0.26 - 1.65). It looks like you may still be Smoldering but not active. The Hypergammaglobulemia may be part of the Amyloidosis. Love, Marcia
