I had a bad reaction and switched to 4 mg Pomalyst. I have done very well with it and Darzalex for the past 8 months. In remission and have had two great weeks. Feeling great.

Pomalyst is an oral IMID like Revlimid. Darzalex is a monoclonal antibody and it's currently an infusion IV. 🙏

Kevin Hutton, you will have to call your doc about the rash. I'm sure you probably already have🙏

My doctor put me on cyclophamide 14 50mg tablets 1 day a week. After 1 dose so far no side effects. Supposed to be harder for a lot of people

Yes, I've been on Pomalyst for 2 years. Started with 4 mg. Now on 2 mg. The 4 mg kind of kicked my butt. Took it anyway cause I wanted to get rid of the myeloma. I had a bout of sepsis so I was lowered to 2 mg which I am currently on. I feel pretty good on this dose. My head felt funny on Revlimid. Like I was walking sideways? Don't feel that way with Pomalyst💖
