My test results from my lab states that I have monoclonal spike in the beta region IFE get pattern shows an IgG type lambda monoclonal protein. Can anyone tell me what the normal protocol is from there? Thanks!

I know, but I was on it for several months, and my practitioners think it’s likely the cause.
April 2nd what I thought was a bad hip and needed replacement turned out to be multiple myeloma. I was walking and my femur just broke...turns out it was as thin as an eggshell due to lytic lesions. I had a rod put in. 2 days later I had a rod put in my other femur. I am finally home walking with a walker. When I was in the hospital they talked about doing drvd treatment. They are strange. I can rub them off- it’s like my skin is all sloughing off- will I emerge as a butterfly? lol.
I have unusual places show up on my skin but apparently mine aren't anything to worry about and don't itch. I was told to keep an eye out for changes.
My wife just had her first bone marrow biopsy. We do not staging or treatment. So scared.
