I am at the beginning diagnosis of Myleoma. Nothing on PET scan waiting for and MRI. I had a severe reaction to the COVID vaccine in 2020. I developed muscle tenderness after. I am on XOLAIR 300mg to manage the chronic symptoms since as well as claritin and pepcid 40mg.
Lately it seems more intense than it was 3 months ago. The tenderness is only to touch. Just researching because I am not having any glaring Myleoma symptoms at this point.

I spent nearly 5 months in 2023 with a wierd and rare event of my liver having a 8cm cyst ruptured in my right lobe of the liver , the fluid from the cyst was sepsis and I went into septic shock. I recovered. Got sepsis a second time and I decided to have the surgery. I felt the liver bag was causing me more issues . Surgery per Dr went very well but I ended up w covid and pneumonia ! My Kappa lc are 73.44 and my kappa/lamda ratio is 8.69. I know there high but is this a worrisome number? They have gradually risen since 12/2022. My IGA is normal. Thanks!
