Richard,
It sounds like you need to talk to your doctor. Treatment can get toxic, then you need to switch or take less.

Feeling rough on Elranatamab (Elrexfio) is unfortunately not unusual — and what's being experienced sounds like it could be related to known side effects of this treatment.

Fatigue is a very common side effect with myeloma treatments in general, and neurological symptoms — including weakness, numbness, tingling, balance problems, and shakiness — have been reported in a significant number of people taking Elrexfio.

These neurological effects are something doctors watch closely during treatment. It's really important to report these symptoms to the care team right away, especially the leg weakness, because:

- Treatment may need to be paused or adjusted
- Driving or operating machinery should be avoided if any new neurological symptoms appear
- The symptoms need to be monitored to prevent them from getting worse In the meantime, for the leg weakness and fatigue, a few things that may help while waiting to speak with the care team:

- Gentle movement like short walks or chair exercises can help with circulation
- Stay hydrated — but check with the doctor about how much water is safe given myeloma's effect on kidneys
- Physical therapy referral may be helpful for building strength and stability safely

Please don't wait to contact the oncology team about this — leg weakness significant enough to need a walking stick is exactly the kind of symptom they need to know about promptly.

want to share a little update about my journey. Recently I went for a CT scan of my lungs, and today the doctor explained the results to me. They found some changes in my left lung compared to before. Because of these changes, the doctors want to do another test called a bronchoscopy, where they use a small camera to look inside the airways and take samples to understand it better. Hearing all this was not easy for me. It made me emotional because it feels like one thing after another. But at the same time, I am thankful that I am already under medical care and the doctors are taking steps to find out exactly what
