Many of us take Curcumin with BioPerine. It helps with inflammation and has been used in Trials for MM. I’m not familiar with Curamed.

Are you wondering whether CuraMed (a curcumin-based supplement) can help with bone pain related to myeloma?

While some people explore supplements like CuraMed for pain relief, it's really important to check with your oncology team before taking any supplement. Some supplements can interfere with myeloma treatments or cause unwanted side effects. There are several other approaches that may help manage myeloma-related bone pain, including:

- Physical therapy
- Acupuncture or acupressure
- Yoga or meditation
- Heating pads or ice packs
- Medical massage
- Diet adjustments

These complementary therapies work best alongside your existing myeloma treatment plan, not as a replacement. For more targeted bone pain relief, doctors may also consider options like bone-building medications, radiation therapy, or procedures like kyphoplasty depending on the cause of the pain.

Always loop in your care team before adding anything new — they know your full treatment picture and can guide you safely.
