I know of a person who only had a 6 month Remission for getting Car-T and then he Relapsed. He was in his late 70s. He had a SCT 10 years prior and had remained on Maintenance until it failed and then went to the Car-T.
There’s a new Blood MRD 10 -6 Test called GenoPredicta. In addition to identifying if a person is in Complete Remission, it can Predict how well a Car-T or BiSpecifics Treatments are likely to Work or Fail.
For people considering either a Car-T or BiSpecifics, it’s worth getting this Blood Test prior to Treatment. GeonoPredicta is currently Free, when ordered through your Onc. The company is doing their Early Adoption Tests at No Cost to either the Patient, Onc or Insurance.
I just got this GenoPredicta Test to compare it to my clonoSEQ Blood MRD Test - though I have no plans to ever get a Car-T or BiSpecifics, it will be interesting to see what my Test Results say about these for me.
I am hoping that the GenoPredicta will provide me a Full Genome Genetics Mapping. If so, I imagine I’ll have plenty of interesting data to Research and Learn About - plenty of new Dots-to-Connect
Yes great idea and thank you for sharing!
I’ll check it out cause it would save a lot of time and money!
