I have HRSMM and just finished the first phase of Darzalex Faspro. I have osteoporosis and developed a compression fracture at T7 6 weeks ago. Doctors want me on the bone builder and strengthener Evenity. Is anyone taking that, and are you having any side effects? Thank you for your replies.
If you start biphosphonates make sure you have a clean bill of dental health prior to starting. Look it up you will see it can affect your jaw. Xx

Because I have been on this site for years, I have read of many posts of people saying they got osteonecrosis (jaw bone death). That scared me enough to look into alternatives. I take calcium & Magnesium (MRM Bone Maximizer III, 1200-1400mg) with extra D3, K2, vitamins C, A and E complex. They all work together to build up the bones that MM breaks down. This is a repeat of what I said on another of your posts, but I felt it was important to repeat it, since it is so important. D3 helps you absorb the calcium, and K2 tells the calcium to go to the bones.

I buy mine at Sprouts. It is packed with lots of cotton, but even then there might be a little powder residue on the bottom. It was the only one that seemed to work for me, which is why I mention it. It has MK-7 too. It relieved my awful foot and leg cramps right away. I don’t believe taking just MRM is enough. Our MM breaks down the bones constantly, and deposits the calcium in our blood. I became my own Guinea pig and decided to see if taking extra D3 and K2 would take that calcium out of my blood, and hopefully deposit it into my bones. I think it is working. My fingernails and toenails are growing so fast and are stronger.

Paula- I've been reading multiple reviews of Bone Maximizer III saying that there is powder all over the inside of the bottle due to broken capsules. Has this been your experience? Are there any retail stores to buy it from to avoid shipping damage? Thanks, Mark
