If I get dizzy, I check my blood pressure and oxygenation, and heart rate. If all of that is normal, are you hydrating? Blood tests can show low electrolytes, low red blood cells etc. It’s always a good idea to check in with your doctor. I take vitamin E complex to thin my blood, since MM thickens the blood and can cause blood clots and even strokes.
