I use a sleep gummy from MEDTERRA and its great Using benadryl can cause long term issues with cognition so be aware. Try magnesium and calcium at night and passion flower. Avoid TV and screen time 1 hour before bed
I take Tylenol pm more than I should. I tried melatonin, but I got a severe headache. I also bought some Unison. It did not work as well as Tylenol pm 😒
I take Trazodone for sleep. Trazodone was initially intended as an antidepressant. Turns out it was a lousy antidepressant, but a great sleeping pill. Non-habit forming. Unfortunately, it does nothing for those nights after treatment when you have taken the Decadron.

I do take Melatonin occasionally but that is hit and miss maybe a 50% success rate. No drinking coffee after 12 is a must for me too.
