There is a group you can access by just clicking that link at the top of the page and scrolling down until you get to the topic 'Natural Remedies.' This may contain some of the information you are looking for. You can also go through some of the 'Resources' topics, and you may find some information there. I know many members use supplements and diet to help them in the treatment of their MM.

For All Just SHARING The Knowledge

Myeloma affects the bones, the blood,
With myeloma, rebuilding the terrain matters deeply. Our immune systems are compromised. Our bones are fragile. Fatigue is constant. The terrain-based approach reminds us that while treatment targets the disease, daily care supports the body God designed to endure it.

Strengthening immunity, reducing inflammation, protecting bones, managing stress, and honoring rest are not signs of weakness — they are acts of wisdom and faith.

We do what we can.
Doctors do what they are trained to do.
And God does what only He can do.

Multiple myeloma may change our bodies, but it does not change who holds us. As we treat the disease, we also tend the terrain — body, mind, and spirit. We strengthen what remains, trust God with what we cannot control, and take each day as a gift. Healing is not always the absence of illness, but the presence of faith, peace, and hope — even here.
