80 years old, survivor of harmorrhagic stroke, leaving my husband with physical disabilities - hemi perasis drop foot and dispraxia.
Now, after 12 months MM treatment (Daratamumab, Lenalidomide, Dexamethasone etc - plus 4 Radiation sessions).
Ongoing treatment with reduced Lenalidomide has been decided.
Plasmacytoma has reduced and so have paraproteins.

Your husband's pain needs to be addressed. People sleep, so they can forget about their pain. It's also exhausting physically, emotionally and pain does not let you get a good sleep. MM is exhausting in itself. Some Hematologists handle pain and others send patients to Pain Management Specialists. You can also ask for Palliative Care which assists also, and is not Hospice.
