My fatigue the first year being on the same meds as you was terrible. I hit remission within the year and I am only on Dara and I feel so much better.
Ask if they can possibly decrease the MG on the Revlimid and see if your energy level increases some.
Are due to have your PET scan and Bone Marrow Bx to see if you have hit remission? If you have they might be able to change and decrease medication. Good luck I know how awful that fatigue is..
Keep exercising and eat clean that helps some..

Yes
To me that chemo medication such as Revlimid (Linalidomide) Valcade, Zometa, will make me fatigue,Anemic, loss of appetite, weight, taste and feeling terrible and horrible for more than a year, in and out of hospital for high fever, infection, cough and allergies
But now l on maintenance with 10 mg Linalidomide ( two days once) Bortezomid 2.25mg, injections two weeks
Zoledronic acid 3.5mg, in sodium chloride 0.9% 100ml infusion
So far now I feel much better no fatigue and side effect thank to God, I think God has helped me through this difficult times
I n my prayers l always say
My lord forgive me
Have mercy on me
Cover my shame
Rise my rank
Give me sustenance
Give me guidance
Make me healthy
Pardon me
🙏🤲🤗

They’ll tell me in a couple months if my very good partial remisssion is stable enough to go into a maintenance and if so, I’m sure I’ll start feeling better. My Mspike has been about the same for almost 5 months, hook my it creeps down a little more ( or a lot more) before I go onto maintenance.
I hate this disease. !!
