Same here with the first Darzalex treatment, just a little bit of it on the second treatment, and none on subsequent treatments.
I did this when I first started Darzalex. But not too bad. You and his care team will have to assess his temperature. It's hard to tell if its side effects from medications, treatments or if he is coming down with an infection. They will check his blood counts frequently. These treatments work great, but we don't want him to get an infection.
Shaking and chills can be side effects of radiation therapy. Common radiation side effects include
