What anticoagulant drugs are you taking with lenalidomide maintenance?

Hi everyone. I have been on lenalidomide maintenance 10 mg and 1/4 warfarin after ASCT for 5 years. I would like to know what anticoagulant your are taking with Lenalidomide?

same here 1 baby aspirin a day

My oncologist and MM Specialist have me taking two tablets of baby aspirin daily to prevent blood clots while I am on Revlimid maintenance for over 5 years in complete response.
