I really like feta cheese in salad. Yet have read that dairy protein feeds MM.

MAYBE authentic Feta from Greece is Ok.

CORRECTION: I remember I did not read research , but read discussion in this group (maybe five years ago). That discussion was very much against any form of dairy.

In addition to refined sugar, a major food source for MM and all active Cancers is the Heme-Iron in Beef, Chicken, Pork and Seafood.

Dairy only has Non-Heme-Iron, same as plant-based iron.

Eggs are primarily non-heme-iron and the small amount of heme-iron they contain is less absorbable

Worth mentioning for those with bone lesions… Dairy foods such as milk, cheese, yogurt, etc, are high in calcium and is what gives you stronger bones. Dairy is one of the best sources of calcium. I consume either low fat yogurt or cottage cheese daily as part of my breakfast routine.
