Try nuts &seeds as well.
Walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cashew nuts &almonds. (I take raw seeds apart from pumpkin seeds).
I recently added goat's liver to the list.

Eating lots of nut raises your input of Omega 6 oils which is very damaging. Limit
the intake of nuts, eliminate the use of most vegetable oils as they are all high in Omega 6 and damaging to the body.

Yes Pbaldini, I daily consume a mug of hot turmeric latte with a pinch of black paper powder in it. Which helps to absorb Curcumin in turmeric.

I was allergic to to "ide",medications - lenalidamude, pomalinimide, thyl..... - I broke out in a bad rash. Carfilzamid was also a failure as my heart started racing as soon as it entered my body.
