For those who are working while undergoing treatment, how is your employer treating you?

I am 68 and was diagnosed in March '24. I have been working full time since. I have not told my employer or anyone at my company that I have MM. I am asymptomatic and side effects from treatments are minimal. I am planning on working 1-2 more years so there may come a point where I have to tell them if I start getting sick or decide on an SCT or Car-t. Where I would need time off from work for recovery. I would prefer to retire without them ever knowing it makes it easier for me. I don't really care for people to look at me as a cancer patient. I have only told 2 people so far and they were very understanding, guess that is why I chose to tell them.
