As a result of lytic bone lesion in my spinel column because of MM, my height get reduced by 2 inches. Because of this situation I feel severe to moderate back pain. I also experience Kyphosis. Can any one suggest me how to reduce effect of Kyphosis?

My problem is getting worse can hardly walk I barely make it to bathroom before I pee everywhere can only stand for 15-20 minutes then have to lay flat on waterbed with heating pads and pillows after taking Tylenol for arthritis and acuplus roll on then pain backs off until I have to get up again.
