I have seen an Oncologist MM for the last 5 years, she is really strict but I get upset because I ask questions and I guess they are dumb to her but to me they are serious.

Are you see a Hematologist/Oncologist who only Specializes in MM? MM Specialists know which tests to order and what treatment plan to take.

You should be getting free light chains and a serum protein electrophoresis. I'm not a doctor, but I've always gotten them. They are part of a myeloma panel
