It's wonderful that you're taking initiative to create local connections with other myeloma patients in the Pinehurst area. In-person support groups can be incredibly valuable for sharing experiences and building community. The best way to connect with local members is through the "Meet Others" section of MyMyelomaTeam, where you can filter by location to find members in your area. For privacy and safety reasons, it's recommended to use the platform's built-in messaging features rather than sharing personal contact information publicly. You can reach out to members individually through private messages to gauge interest in forming a local support group. This helps protect everyone's privacy while still allowing you to build meaningful local connections.
