Try changing your pillow. I had this happen to me and I sleep with 2 pillows and I sleep on the angle. I had to change to just 1 pillow and the headaches were gone.

Headaches and neck stiffness can be symptoms related to multiple myeloma that deserve attention from your healthcare team. These symptoms could be connected to several myeloma-related factors, including spinal involvement or calcium level changes in your blood (hypercalcemia).

If you're experiencing these symptoms, particularly if they're new or worsening, it's important to contact your doctor right away. This is especially true if you notice other symptoms like confusion, dizziness, or increased fatigue accompanying your headaches and neck stiffness. Your symptoms might be worse at night or first thing in the morning due to sleep position or treatment-related factors. Some MyMyelomaTeam members have reported similar experiences with nighttime and morning discomfort. Tracking when these symptoms occur and any other accompanying symptoms can help your healthcare team determine the best course of action.
