Jessica,
I’m taking unsulphered blackstrap molasses with nutritional yeast in cashew milk. It’s helping my blood work.

Yes, feeling cold can be related to anemia in myeloma patients. When hemoglobin levels are low, your body doesn't get enough oxygen distributed properly throughout your tissues. This reduced oxygen delivery can make you feel cold, along with other symptoms like fatigue, dizziness, weakness, and shortness of breath. The good news is that treating the underlying anemia can help improve these symptoms. This may involve blood transfusions for severe cases, or treating the myeloma itself to allow your bone marrow to function better. Always discuss your symptoms with your healthcare team, as they can recommend the most appropriate treatment approach for your specific situation.

While anemia can certainly be a factor, body mass can also. I am on the thinner side, no major anemia, but the cold affects me more than most folk.

Not sure but it makes sense. I was anemic and that was my only issue at diagnosis.
