I know my back is part of it but I have constant pain in my arms shoulders also cramping.
Thanks. I thought maybe I was just being a wuss. People, think sometimes that just because you aren’t wasting away physically that you are fine. Gee, you look good, but they have no idea what you’re putting up with inside.
Yes, it’s possible to still experience bone pain and cramping even in remission from multiple myeloma. While remission means the disease is under control, some signs of myeloma, like bone damage or lesions, may persist and cause ongoing pain. Cramping could also be linked to complications like hypercalcemia or amyloidosis Show Full Answer

Turmeric curcumin and black seed oil capsules keep cancer from progressing too so that’s an added bonus!!! All in all ask your doctor if right for you since everyone is different and I would hate to advise you and something bad happen.
I kind of jumped into it but so far it’s agreed with me and doctors approve too.
What helps me the most with back pain is turmeric curcumin ginger cause I don’t want to be hooked on opioids or painkillers only natural stuff cause I’ve abused my body enough with chemo.
I intend on buying fresh turmeric fresh ginger lemon honey and soy milk and make smoothies and that delicious golden turmeric milk.
I’ve tried all the creams and they work a few hours my heating pad under my pillow and laying down works best.
Would love to try supervised hanging exercise I would have tried inversion table but I get dizzy hanging upside down. But hanging with my arms upright may help.
If what I have is a pinched nerve and it’s caused by standing upright and weight of upper body coming down on my lower body and it’s relieved when I take that upper body weight off then hanging or being stretched makes more sense to relieve my pain but you have to be ever so careful since our bones are so fragile from just mm damages and whatever else that you may have wrong with your back.
I’m able to do all my housework still some days are worse than others
I bend over 50 times a day picking up pee pads cleaning watering feeding 2 dogs (one dog has never been potty trained) and one cat who now pees on pee pads too go figure so I definitely get a workout. Most days I’m worn out tell my husband he will have to pick up our supper or volunteer to cook.
I just thank God I can still do what I do and hope I can keep going!
But I definitely need all my vitamins to be able to carry on!!!!
