I only use Revlimid. My mom has used it 19 years with little/no side effects. My insurance pays it...so that is what I take.

Lenalidomide and Revlimid are the same medication; Revlimid is simply the brand name for lenalidomide. If your doctor prescribes lenalidomide, it is the same as taking Revlimid. Always follow your doctor's advice and discuss any concerns about your treatment. For more details, visit: [Revlimid (Lenalidomide) for Myeloma](ht Show Full Answer

I’ve had side effects from lenalidomide. I’m only prescribed Revlimid. So evidently there must be some difference πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

I only get Revlimid. The reason is that I have a large copay but as long as I get Revlimid I can use a Bristol Meyers copay card. That will not cover the generic since they manufacture Revlimid only.
