Hey, Sarat, the high blood sugar is from the dexamethasone. Keep a log of your levels and show your doctor. You might need an adjustment in your dosage of dexamethasone or some kind of medication or insulin coverage to control your blood sugar.

It's a drug similar to Velcade. It's not supposed to cause neuropathy as bad as Velcade does. It can cause cardiac issues like high blood pressure. So keep an eye on your blood pressure.

Never heard of it but google says it’s an injection of 1 vial and it’s used for treating MM cancer.
