Sometimes your Doctor has to stop your treatment if your WBCs, neutrophils and platelets go down to dangerous levels, then when your numbers go up, you restart. If it doesn’t last then they drop the dosage and finally, if it still doesn’t improve then they remove the medication. There are plenty of other options used to fight this disease.
