Otherwise known as chronic painful bladder? I used to have this. The pain made it hard to sleep. I have a lot of food allergies, and I think we are what we eat, so I started trying to figure out what it was I was eating or drinking that was causing the problem. It turns out it was cheap plastic water bottles. Now I only drink water from glass containers or heavy plastic water bottles with no BPA. I also got a food sensitivity test from Everlywell so I could avoid foods that don’t agree with me. There were a few surprises, like eggs.
I have bladder prolapse; I have extreme higiene. I use for my daily use each time I go to the bathroom wet wipes, the ones for babies. I buy 2 boxes per month, the Kirkman brand of Cotsco. I go frequently to the bathroom each 4 hours per recommendation of my nefrologist. I use for the public toilets triple or more covers; I buy Clorox and I continuously clean my toilet. It is a way to reduce or prevent bladder infections.
I monitor my calcium consumption… and food that produces me calculus or kidney stones.
So sorry. I will ask my sister how she controls IC.
I don’t know if that’s what is wrong with me but I going to the bathroom constantly all day and going through 3&4 depends a day because I don’t always make it in time because I have to start my bathroom journey the second I get the urge and then when other people are in the bathroom then I start pacing trying to not pee but sometimes I just can’t hold it so I just have to pee in my depends and change myself. I am going to mention it to my GP. dr. and see what she has to say. Well everyone have a super weekend.
Paula, I take something called AloeCure.
