Hemoglobin is good when into hospital in ,,2018 my hemoglobin was 4.5 had 8 pints of blood before it went to 8,5 was in the hospital 8 days, had a battery of tests bone marrow, full body scan, X-rays, bone density,y hemotoligist said because I have a cluster of autoimmune diseases they couldn't pin point what was causing what.

Does anyone have aot of sweating ?

Thank you I take vit D I try to eat foods with iron
But I think I'll try but c I don't eat much fruit because of potassium, I have Ckd also . I take dexamethasone my numbers haven't changed since 2018,I also have RA and sjorgens and thyroid disease for about 12 years.had. hemolytic anima but my Dr saidy anima is gone a d red cell count within Norma range. But doesn't make a difference with fatigue
