Feeling like needles are pricking in your feet and fingers can be a symptom of peripheral neuropathy (PN). This condition involves damage to the peripheral nervous system and can present with neurological symptoms including numbness, tingling, or a pins-and-needles sensation in the hands, feet, or other areas of the body. In the context of myeloma or Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance (MGUS), this sensation is often one of the first indications that something is wrong. It's important to discuss these symptoms with your healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.

Eleanora,
It's probably neuropathy. B-12 supplements, Alpha Lipoic Acid and folic acid help. I take Nutritional yeast which has lots of B vitamins.

Hi!
ok thanks
I've had a B12 deficiency since May of 2023 and injection every week. I've been out of the loop since my recent diagnosed change.
